At the end of each fiscal year, I usually send out this cost per circ document. It shows the individual members cost per circ and the consortia as a whole. I don't break down the expenditures or the checkouts by format. FY2021 is going to be a little funkier than other years. We had some authentication issues mid-year in addition to some libraries joining during the year and many joining in May of 2021. If you run your own numbers, you are likely to get slightly different numbers based on criteria chosen and your own rounding decisions. However the consortia number should be very close to accurate. All libraries purchasing at the advantage level have chosen the Advantage Plus Share option, so this year, those funds are added to the total spent because those items were available to the whole consortia. FY20 was previously noted as 66 cents, however in reality it was a little higher because that year's calculation did not count funds spent on Overdrive CPC or cost per circ (a sales model I have used from time-to-time to address holds list). However, when recalculated with the additional $11,500 added to funds spent, it only changes it by 3 cents. So actual FY 20 was 69 cents per circ. FY21 information FY 21 the Wyoming Virtual Library Consortia had an 87 cent cost per circulation. This includes Natrona's CPC purchases and the WSL simultaneous plans that were purchased in April. (I only have access to Natrona's CPC invoices) FY 2021 the consortia added $303,585 in content to the collection. Additionally, towards the end of the fiscal year, the Cloud Library content was added. Less than 2% of items were checked out via the Enterprise catalog, with 64% checked out via Libby App and 30% from the Virtual Library Website.
