There are over 600 titles with holds and no metered access (641 when I ran the list this morning)....If you want to see if any of your patrons are waiting on items that need repurchased or hold removed the steps below are how you can do it in the easiest way I've seen to manage it. Let me know if you have any questions - if we aren't repurchasing, we do want to delete holds so the item weeds and other patrons don't get their hopes up and place holds on the items.

These titles might have more than one hold but if you've narrowed it to your library system at least one of them will be your patron.

I dropped a cart yesterday and am working on one this afternoon, but I know I won't be able to repurchase them all.

How to find titles you patrons have holds on:

In Marketplace:
Go to Insights
Got to current holds
This box pops up:

Change ALL BRANCHES to your library system and click update.
At this point, I create a worksheet which is an Excel file and then I sort by "Consortia Own" "Advantage Own" and "Advantage Plus Share" (I think it will be column S, Column T, and then Column AC). Sort smallest to largest. You are looking for titles that have 0 in all 3 of those columns.

You can copy the title IDs of the items with 0 in each column and do an advanced search with them in Marketplace (Up to 75 at a time, or you can copy the ISBN and do a search up to 200 at a time)
