The titles transferred from Cloud Library are showing up in Overdrive for patrons now!

But it's very important to note that those titles will not show up in Enterprise because they had to be transferred at Advantage Plus Level and any title purchased through Advantage or Advantage Plus will not show up in Enterprise. (unless it's also owned at the consortia level).

At this point in time, MARC records are imported into Enterprise for only the items purchased at the consortia level.

The best way to get an accurate answer to ownership of a title in Overdrive is through the Libby App or to use the Virtual Library website https://virtuallibrary.overdrive.com/.

Example: Words of Radiance by Brandon Sanderson
Searched in WYLDcat it doesn't show we have it in Econtent format
Searched via the website or Libby it does show as owning 1 ebook and 1 downloadable audio.

If you search through Marketplace the result looks like this:

The top line is specifically about the consortia level. The consortia does not own it in OC/OU (one copy/one use), MA (metered access) or SU (simultaneous use) - but it does have access to 6 copies via a library that has purchased it at Advantage level and is available to the patrons via adv plus shared.

If you look at the 2nd line it shows that there are 8 copies purchased at advantage level, and since only 6 show up as shared in the top line, one library has purchased 2 copies (or 2 have purchased 1) and have not opted in to the Advantage Plus (sharing) yet.

Thanks, Kate
