Hello ILL staff,
We are info gathering on the different services libraries use to print
postage and were wondering what everyone is using and how happy they are
with the services. We currently use Stamps.com but we have been having
trouble with our RFID system interfering with the scale. What services do
you use to weigh and print postage? Are you able to get library rate? Any
information would be greatly appreciated.

Natrona uses a SendPro Chttps://www.pitneybowes.com/ca/en/shipping-and-mailing/postage-meters/sendproc.html from Pitney Bowes for all of our mailings. We have preprogrammed rates (library, media, etc.) and can print postage directly onto envelopes or mailing labels. Attached is what our setup looks like. The scale is the grey block on the left.
