Titles with high hold ratios

We have approximately 134 audiobooks and 90 ebooks that have a 11:1 hold ratio - for every copy there are 11 or more holds. Some of the ratios are as high as 52:1.

I purchased several audios with 100 simultaneous uses and was able to get address 600 holds just that way. But if you are thinking of spending some funds and don't know where to start- this would be a good list to start with. (I tried to weed out the pre-order titles)

There are a good many more with ratios of 10:1.

Are you looking for titles to purchase in Overdrive? There are a total of over 39,400 holds (25,411 audio and 14,085 ebook) and the average wait time of 28.92 days. Today I purchased several audios with 100 simultaneous uses and was able to get address 600 holds just that way.
