It has to be "officially" confirmed by Overdrive, but it looks like a Craig Johnson audiobook "Kindness goes unpunished" was the millionth title checked out in the Wyoming Virtual Library. If there is a lag between the cover that shows up and the advancement of the number it might be Elizabeth Gilbert's "City of Girls" (in audiobook). (the title in between is showing what was put on hold)...and yes, we were sitting there watching the dashboard's movement :)
