We signed our new administering library agreement last week and I've had a couple questions since then from member libraries about what they need to do. I don't have a list of who has sent in the new form and who is not, so I'm sending this out to all and taking the easy way with the listserve. If you are a new member, just delete this email- you've already done what you need to do :) If you were already a consortia member, you will want to fill out a new participating form if you want to take advantage of the new content/platform fee split. (from ¾ and ¼ to 5/6 and 1/6).
