Colleagues,

In the coming days we anticipate that a number of library patrons who are
new to Overdrive and Libby will be seeking help with signing in and
navigating a new platform to enjoy ebooks, audiobooks, magazines, and more.

The State Library will try to help patrons, but please be aware that we
will be referring them to their local public library for most needs,
including assistance with their accounts and any follow up that might be
needed for help with devices, content, etc.  Each library has an individual
agreement with Overdrive that includes access to support and we encourage
you to help your staff get familiar with the resources available to them
from Overdrive Support.

If you are unsure about the next steps in the process of moving from
cloudLibrary to Overdrive, please visit

Hello everyone,

We are one week away from the discontinuation of cloudLibrary.  All
content will be disabled on Monday morning, 5/17 and patrons will no longer
be able to log in.  Overdrive will still be in the process of verifying
licensing with publishers for up to two weeks after that, so the content
that is currently in cloudLibrary may not be available to patrons until
sometime during the week of May 24th - 28th.

Please remember that Campbell County patrons must continue to access
Overdrive and Libby through the Campbell County portal, as their cards will
not authenticate in the Virtual Library of Wyoming portal until the groups
are merged later this summer.
