Colleagues, In the coming days we anticipate that a number of library patrons who are new to Overdrive and Libby will be seeking help with signing in and navigating a new platform to enjoy ebooks, audiobooks, magazines, and more. The State Library will try to help patrons, but please be aware that we will be referring them to their local public library for most needs, including assistance with their accounts and any follow up that might be needed for help with devices, content, etc. Each library has an individual agreement with Overdrive that includes access to support and we encourage you to help your staff get familiar with the resources available to them from Overdrive Support.
