Hi,

I'm working with the Business Manager here at the Douglas library to
transfer over from having a postage machine to the USPS Click and Ship. I
can't find anywhere where I can choose the library rate however. Does
anyone else use Click and Ship and if so, how are you able to select the
option of having packages mailed with the library rate?

I would appreciate any help with this,

Becca

Becca-

We don’t use the Click and Ship, but I was told that “Library Rate” is no longer.  From what we’ve been told, our items are all under retail rate.  You might try to get ahold of your local post office to see if they have more info-

Hello!

We have been using the software from Endicia since 2011 and that is working
spectacular for us.  You can load up the addresses in an address book so
you don't have to input the same address every time you send something, I
have an address book for instate libraries, out of state libraries and
misc. mailings for our programming.  You can print all rates, just select
the options.  It does have Library rate and does cost $10.00/month, but
WELL worth the cost for us. You would keep up to $999.00 in postage in the
account (not that we keep that much, usually download in $500.00
increments).  Hope this helps  :)

Have a great day!
